1. The minutes of the previous General Meeting, held at Flinders University on Wednesday, February 5th, 1992 were unanimously accepted without amendment.

2. The committee report on the activities of the Society during the previous financial year was received and unanimously accepted (moved P. Cullis, seconded B. Hoveling).

3. The ten committee members as at 25 August 1993 (see Annual report) were re-elected.

4. The audit report for the financial year ended 31 March 1993 was submitted and unanimously approved (moved J. Rowe, seconded N. Galbraith).

5. The meeting was closed at 6.00pm.
